Siglos XIX-XXI<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/adhilac.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/ADHILAC-para-nosotros.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"ADHILAC-para nosotros\" src=\"https:\/\/adhilac.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/ADHILAC-para-nosotros.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"132\" height=\"38\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/adhilac.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Univ-del-Valle.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Univ del Valle\" src=\"https:\/\/adhilac.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Univ-del-Valle.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"86\" height=\"86\" \/><\/a><\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1.17em; font-weight: normal;\" href=\"https:\/\/adhilac.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Biblioteca-Departamentar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Biblioteca Departamentar\" src=\"https:\/\/adhilac.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Biblioteca-Departamentar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"47\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 13px;\">PRESENTACI\u00d3N <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Historiadores Latinoamericanos y del Caribe ADHILAC, el Departamento de Historia y el Programa de Doctorado en Ciencias Ambientales de la Universidad del Valle, en asocio con la Biblioteca Departamental del Valle del Cauca, invitan a los investigadores, docentes y estudiantes de diferentes disciplinas interesados(as) en presentar sus investigaciones y reflexiones acad\u00e9micas sobre temas relacionados con la Historia Ambiental latinoamericana y caribe\u00f1a, para que participen en el <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Congreso Internacional de Historia Ambiental y Econom\u00eda Ecol\u00f3gica<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\"> que se realizar\u00e1 en las instalaciones de la Biblioteca Departamental del Valle del Cauca en la ciudad de Cali (Colombia) los d\u00edas comprendidos entre el 21 y 23 de mayo de 2015.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Este congreso internacional ofrece como tema central <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">\u201cLos conflictos por los ecosistemas estrat\u00e9gicos en Am\u00e9rica latina y el Caribe. Siglos XIX-XXI\u201d<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">. Los temas sobre historia ambiental y econom\u00eda ecol\u00f3gica son conceptos y categor\u00edas cada vez m\u00e1s relevantes para las Ciencias Sociales y Humanas en particular. En el marco de la actual preocupaci\u00f3n por el ambiente, el enfoque de la historia ambiental posibilita la aproximaci\u00f3n al conocimiento hist\u00f3rico de las distintas formas y procedimientos de apropiaci\u00f3n del medio natural, conformando de esta manera un saber que indaga acerca de la acci\u00f3n productora y transformadora del ser humano, lo que conlleva un nexo entre la cultura y la naturaleza que tiene un car\u00e1cter evolutivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Desde el marco anal\u00edtico de la econom\u00eda ecol\u00f3gica, las causas de la generaci\u00f3n de los conflictos ambientales se encuentran en la din\u00e1mica creciente del metabolismo de la sociedad. Esta perspectiva arroja luz sobre la relaci\u00f3n que existe entre la extracci\u00f3n de recursos naturales y la producci\u00f3n de contaminaci\u00f3n, con la creciente aparici\u00f3n de conflictos sociales en el contexto de la din\u00e1mica econ\u00f3mica global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">A\u00fan cuando se busca que la discusi\u00f3n central se presente sobre estas tem\u00e1ticas, ello no excluye que se ventilen otros temas de importancia vinculados a las distintas ramas de la eco-historia y a nuevas preocupaciones que vienen ocupando lugares destacados dentro de las reflexiones acad\u00e9micas como son las transformaciones de paisajes, las pol\u00edticas de conservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio ambiental, la gesti\u00f3n local y regional sobre biodiversidad, la ecolog\u00eda pol\u00edtica, y por supuesto, la historiograf\u00eda de la historia ambiental latinoamericana y caribe\u00f1a. Los temas de trabajo tendr\u00e1n un espectro temporal delimitado y va desde la centuria decimon\u00f3nica hasta lo que va corrido del siglo XXI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">As\u00ed las cosas, la invitaci\u00f3n a participar en este Congreso Internacional est\u00e1 abierta para todas aquellas personas que desde cualquier campo disciplinar examine con perspectiva hist\u00f3rica las relaciones entre el medio ambiente y la sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>MESAS TEM\u00c1TICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Impactos en los recursos naturales y en los      servicios de los ecosistemas, generados por las actividades productivas      (miner\u00eda y actividades agr\u00edcolas, pecuarias, pesqueras, forestales e      industriales)<\/li>\n<li>Transformaciones en ecosistemas      estrat\u00e9gicos (sistemas monta\u00f1osos, bosques, p\u00e1ramos, sabanas, humedales,      r\u00edos, mares, estuarios y zonas costeras mar\u00edtimas y fluviales)<\/li>\n<li>Globalizaci\u00f3n y gobernanza ambiental      (Problem\u00e1ticas ambientales globales: Comercio internacional y ambiente,      Disparidades Norte-Sur, Exportaci\u00f3n de residuos, Tratados internacionales      y ambiente, Deuda Ecol\u00f3gica, Derecho ambiental internacional)<\/li>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n administrativa (gremial y      sectorial) sobre conservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio ambiental<\/li>\n<li>Pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas sobre biodiversidad y      estrategias de desarrollo\u00a0 para el      fomento de las eco-regiones<\/li>\n<li>Modelos empresariales de desarrollo      sostenible y sustentables (ecoturismo, bio-comercio, administraci\u00f3n y      promoci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas protegidas, log\u00edsticas verdes y producci\u00f3n limpia)<\/li>\n<li>Tensiones,      confrontaciones y acuerdos en las relaciones internacionales de los pa\u00edses      de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe sobre la protecci\u00f3n del medioambiente y la      biodiversidad. Relevancia del tema en los procesos de integraci\u00f3n regional.<\/li>\n<li>Dependencia econ\u00f3mica,      sociocultural y tecnol\u00f3gica en las pr\u00e1cticas p\u00fablicas y privadas de      protecci\u00f3n o desprotecci\u00f3n del medioambiente.<\/li>\n<li>El papel del Estado      (nacional, provincial, estadual, departamental, distrital, municipal,      etc.) en la regulaci\u00f3n y control de las actividades productivas,\u00a0 de obras p\u00fablicas (producci\u00f3n de      energ\u00eda, comunicaciones, etc.) y de protecci\u00f3n del medioambiente frente a      las grandes corporaciones, y su acci\u00f3n frente a pr\u00e1cticas tradicionales      que afectan el medioambiente.<\/li>\n<li>Historiograf\u00eda de la historia ambiental      y\/o eco-historia<\/li>\n<li>La ense\u00f1anza de la historia ambiental<\/li>\n<li>La historia ambiental como objeto de      estudio de las ciencias naturales, sociales y humanas<\/li>\n<li>Teor\u00edas y m\u00e9todos de la historia      ambiental<\/li>\n<li>Fuentes, fondos y archivos para la      reconstrucci\u00f3n de la historia ambiental latinoamericana y caribe\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">METODOLOG\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">El Congreso se realizar\u00e1 con la modalidad de mesas tem\u00e1ticas con ponencias individuales, seguidas de una sesi\u00f3n de preguntas y comentarios de cada una. Tambi\u00e9n se realizar\u00e1n conferencias centrales a cargo de conferencistas invitados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">Los interesados podr\u00e1n proponer mesas tem\u00e1ticas o enviar ponencias individuales. The International Congress on Environmental History and Ecological Economics will be held at the State Library of Valle del Cauca in the city of Cali (Colombia) between 21 and 23 May 2015.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The international congress will focus as its main topic \u00abThe conflicts of strategical ecosystems, their environmental history and ecological economics concepts\u201d particularly, their relevant issues to the Social and Human Sciences. According to the current concern of the environment, the congress will approach historical approximations of conceptual frameworks and procedures to identify transformations of human cultures on the environment.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, the ecological economics has been considering that the causes of main environmental conflicts such as pollution and extraction of natural resources, it is related with the metabolism of the society. The increase of social conflicts would be discuss in the context of the global economic dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Even though the central discussion appears on these subjects, it does not exclude that there are included other significant topics linked to the environmental history research such as: echo-history and the academic reflections of transformations of sceneries, the politics of conservation of the environmental patrimony, the local and regional management on biodiversity, the political ecology, and the historiography of the Latin-American and Caribbean environmental history.
